Q: What’s the schedule like?
A: The programme runs from 28th January 2025 - 25th March 2025. We meet once a week on Tuesdays from 7 PM – 8 PM for 8 weeks with the exception of February 18th when there will not be a session. Each session is packed with leadership strategies, time for coaching, Q&A, and reflection. Plus, you'll have access to our private online community platform throughout the programme, where you can continue learning, sharing, and connecting with fellow participants between sessions.
Q: I’m busy. What if I can’t make a session?
A: Life happens! We record every session, so you can catch up anytime. That said, active participation is key - attending live sessions will make a real difference to your results.

A: Yes - if you want it. You can ask questions ahead of time on our private community platform, and we’ll either address it directly or, if it’s a theme that resonates with the group, we’ll weave it into the session.
Q: Is everything shared in the group confidential?
A: Yes. This is a safe space, and we expect everyone to respect the confidentiality of what’s shared in the group. Everything stays within the group to build trust and openness.
Q: What’s the private online community all about?
A: The private online community platform is where the magic happens outside of the live sessions. You’ll have access to discussions, lessons, and ongoing support throughout the programme. It’s a space where you can connect with fellow members, share insights, and learn from each other, deepening your experience and growth.
